BASIC FIRST AID & CPR AED
FOR SECURITY OFFICER
This Basic First Aid Course is a comprehensive course for the immediate care given to a person who has been injured or has been suddenly ill, until medical help arrives. The whole training course will focus on simulation and one-on-one demonstration. This course is aimed to equip Security Officers with proper knowledge on rendering first aid to the member of public during their course of duty. They will also be certified to perform CPR and carry out the usage of AED during cardiac arrest situation.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
At the end of the course, trainees will be able to
Understand the importance of First Aid
Knowledge on the functions of the Circulatory & Respiratory System
Perform Bandaging to Bleeding & Burns
Treatment of the Shock, Fainting & Asthma
REQUIREMENT
Able to speak, read and understand English effectively.
No medical heart and lung conditions or any physical disabilities and injuries that will prevent from performing practical.
COURSE ASSESSMENT
Practical Test: 100% skill checklists, 1 attempt
Certificate will be given at the end of the training once the trainees pass the skills set required.
